H23A1 1992-1995 Honda Prelude engine 9.8:1 Compression 160hp has a fiber aluminumn cylinder bore. Great care must be taken when honing or boring this engine block. Special tools are required for this procedure. There are also special piston rings made for this type of bore. This engine also has a balance shaft seal that can also be a problem with leakage.
